This site is operated by Valled, Lda., company and VAT number 514 022 670, with registered office at Zona Industrial Mós, Lote 6/7, 5300-692 Bragança, Portugal. Contacts: geral@valled.pt and +351 273 979 117 (call to a Portuguese landline).

The site presents Valled, its products (autonomous street lighting and photovoltaic solutions) and its engineering services, and includes an online store where those products can be bought.

 

2. User account

You can browse and buy without creating an account. If you choose to create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out with it. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. Valled may suspend accounts used abusively, fraudulently or contrary to these terms.

 

3. Content and intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos, technical drawings, product sheets) is the property of Valled or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution, systematic extraction or commercial use is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

 

4. Purchases and orders

Purchases made on this site are governed by the Terms of Sale, which describe prices, payment, delivery, guarantee and the right of withdrawal. The prices shown are selling prices, in euros and with VAT included, and the contract is concluded with the order confirmation email.

Some project items are sold by quotation and are identified as such on the product page. In those cases the request made through the site is a request for a proposal, and the contract is only formed when you accept the proposal Valled sends you.

 

5. Acceptable use

You undertake not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas, not to introduce malicious code and not to harvest data by automated means without authorisation.

 

6. Availability and limitation of liability

Valled works to keep the site available and the information accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. Technical information is provided in good faith and may be updated without prior notice.

Valled is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site or from its temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, in particular towards consumers.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. As a consumer you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. In contracts with business customers the courts of the district of Bragança have jurisdiction.
