This site is operated by Valled, Lda., VAT 514 022 670, registered in Bragança, Portugal. All published information is intended exclusively to present Valled, its products (autonomous street lighting and photovoltaic solutions) and engineering services.

To submit orders or quote requests you may be asked to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

 

3. Content and intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos, technical schemes) is the property of Valled or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

 

4. Quote requests and orders

Submitting an order through the site constitutes a request subject to manual confirmation by the Valled team. After technical analysis and availability check, a detailed proposal will be sent by email, which constitutes the formal contract. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may be adjusted based on installation site, quantities and technical specifications.

 

5. Limitation of liability

Valled is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site, temporary unavailability of the service or typographical errors. All technical information is provided in good faith but may be updated without prior notice.

 

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute, the courts of the district of Bragança are competent, waiving any other.
