These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products and services provided by Valled, Lda. through this site.

 

1. Object

Valled sells autonomous street lighting equipment (Mamute, Girafa, Gazela, Suricata, Pica-Pau, Canguru series) and photovoltaic solar systems (VPlus range), as well as accessories, signage and related engineering services.

 

2. Ordering process

The customer adds products to the cart and submits the order. Submission is subject to manual approval by the Valled team, which verifies availability, technical feasibility and logistics. Only after this approval is a formal proposal issued with final price, delivery time and payment terms.

 

3. Prices and payments

Prices shown are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise indicated. Payment is coordinated by email after order confirmation, and can be made by bank transfer, ATM or other agreed method.

 

4. Delivery and installation

Transport is coordinated by Valled and the price is presented in the quote based on volume and destination. The usual delivery time is 4 to 12 weeks after order confirmation and payment, depending on product and availability. Installation may be agreed as an additional service.

 

5. Warranty

Products benefit from the applicable legal warranty of conformity (minimum 3 years for goods, 2 years for specific components depending on manufacturer). The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage from incorrect installation, vandalism, extreme natural phenomena or misuse.

 

6. Cancellation

The customer can cancel the order at no cost while it is in the proposal phase. After confirmation and start of production/shipment, the conditions agreed in the proposal apply. Orders for personalised products may not be cancellable.

 

7. Dispute resolution

In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution entity. More information at consumidor.gov.pt.
